EvilEYE-PA - Round 2
We just brewed a new batch of IPA. It’s a modified version of our sucessful Evil EYE-PA recipe. Our last batch was really good but, even though it had the characteristics of a good IPA, it was missing something. Brewmaster Justin tweeked our recipe to hopefully bring more taste to the palate.
Out of all our brewing sessions this was definitely the warmest (about 90-95 degrees), well it was the end of June. This brew kept us up and drinking til about 2am. Thats when a taxi cab came to take our drunk asses home.

Ohh and on a final note. Since we all hate pigeons and usually shoot them durning the day when we are waiting for the grains to mash or the wort to boil. We kept the tradition of always shooting something (or someone) with the BB Gun. You gotta see this video!
