Evil Eye-PA Resurrection
We yielded 13 - 22oz bombers and 31 - 12oz bottles, for at total of 658oz! Just over 5 gallons. This one tasted a little sweeter and not so hoppy, it was also a little darker than a traditional IPA. We’ll see. It might be the 1.5 lb of crystal malt we added, maybe we should drop it to half a pound and go with 16lbs of the American 2row Pale.
